Cancel a contract here

Cancel your membership without signing in. You’ll get an email confirmation with the date received and the date the membership ends.

Ordinary cancellation: during the initial term it takes effect at the end of that term; afterwards, monthly plans end at the end of the current billing month, yearly plans at the end of the current contract month with a refund for unused full months. Details in the Membership terms.

Alternatively cancel while signed in in your account or by email to info@smokeatthewater.de. Beach-rental bookings are not term contracts; cancellation is in the rental terms.
