Download the Smoke at the Water app, sign in with your email and a one-time code. Your membership card and perks are there.
Scan the QR code at the stand: one check-in a day, plus points for orders. Places 1 to 3 win each month.
Six months on the monthly plan, twelve on the yearly plan. You can cancel any time in that period; it takes effect at the end of the initial term. After that the membership continues until you cancel.
Use the cancellation button at smokeatthewater.de/en/kuendigen or in your account. You get a confirmation with the end date straight away. After the initial term the monthly plan ends at the end of the current billing month, the yearly plan at the end of the current contract month with a refund for unused full months.

You get a voucher in the app each month. Show it on site, we tick it off. Current opening hours apply and a board must be free. Best to call shortly before.
Enter your date of birth in the app. In your birth month the voucher appears: drink and food for 2 people up to €30 (Bronze) or 4 people up to €60 (Silver and Gold). Drinks without alcohol.
A QR code hangs at the stand. Scan it in the app and it counts as a check-in: one point per day. Each order gets one point per €10 of order value, added at the counter. Points for the month decide the monthly leaderboard; total points the all-time ranking. The streak counts consecutive check-in days.
At month end, 1st place gets a meal of their choice plus a non-alcoholic drink, 2nd a meal of their choice, 3rd a non-alcoholic drink. Prizes appear as a voucher in the app. The all-time ranking is rank only for now, no physical prizes.
